The Family Support Services Program (FSSP) is a state-funded program that provides information, support, coordination, and funding to families residing in Larimer County that have one or more family member of any age with an intellectual or developmental disability (IDD) living in the family home.
FSSP is a state-funded program and individuals can be enrolled in both FSSP and a Medicaid waiver program.

Inform your Case Manager or Service Coordinator. They can discuss the program with you and complete an FSSP Referral, if needed.

Family Support Services Council
The Council advises the Family Support Services Program and plans events for families in the program and on the waiting list. The Council is made up of adults who have disabilities, family members of people with disabilities, local professionals, and interested citizens. The group meets quarterly.
