CASE MANAGEMENT CASE AIDE

Assessing and screening calls to find the best options for the member. Facilitating contact with FGI Intake Case Managers or LTSS Case Managers. Requirements:
- One year or more experience and/or training in office support preferred.

NETWORK/SYSTEMS ANAYLST

Apply NowThe Network/Systems Analyst will assist the Systems Administrator with design, administration, and maintenance of data and network infrastructure (firewalls, switches, access points, servers, network permissions, system security, Network software applications, Active Directory, Remote access, etc.)
Additionally, this position will support FGI IT department with software development as needed and provide backup helpdesk support for FGI staff.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or Computer Science; or five years of relevant experience in a networked computer environment utilizing PC-based servers and Microsoft applications.
- Must have working knowledge of Visual Basic and Structured Query Language
- Requires strong knowledge of all Microsoft operating systems.
- Familiar with data backup strategies and software. Full understanding of proper network design and setup/troubleshooting skills with network switches, routers, and firewalls.

INTAKE CASE MANAGER

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required; or five years of relevant experience in the field of Long-Term Services & Supports, which includes Developmental Disabilities.
- Driving is a requirement for this position.

Must be able to attend trainings and meetings at the main facility. Required availability for shifts include weekdays, evenings, weekends, and overnights. Some intermittent schedule availabilities may be required.
