Guardianship Petition Assistance Class

Presented by the Guardianship Alliance of Colorado, the Guardianship Petition Assistance Class guides participants through the process of completing the paperwork necessary to petition the court for guardianship and/or conservatorship. This step-by-step class will help you fill out forms and understand the needed documentation and fees associated with this process. Plus, we’ll send you home with your own set of forms both printed and digital.

This class is a follow up to The Arc’s ‘Guardianship & Less Restrictive Options’ workshop, taking place Jan. 10, March 21, and May 2, 2018. It is strongly recommended that you attend The Arc’s Guardianship training before attending this class. 

Guardianship Petition Assistance classes are for those:

who have learned about their family’s options and found that guardianship is the best choice

who do not wish to hire an attorney
